THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN PERSON AND VIA TELECONFERENCE. The public is welcome to attend the meeting in person or remotely via Zoom; however, the meeting will proceed as normal even if there are technical difficulties accessing Zoom. The City will do its best to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible. HOW TO OFFER PUBLIC COMMENT: HOW TO OFFER PUBLIC COMMENT: Public comment may be given in person at the meeting, or using the Zoom teleconference module, provided that there is access to Zoom during the meeting. Zoom comments will be taken after the in-person comments. The public can also email comments to yculver@ci.carmel.ca.us. Comments must be received 2 hours before the meeting in order to be provided to the legislative body. Comments received after that time and up to the beginning of the meeting will be made part of the record.

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
PUBLIC COMMENT - This is the time provided so that persons may speak to the committee on any item not on the agenda. Under the Brown Act, public comment for matters on the agenda must relate to that agenda item. Hateful, violent, and threatening speech is impermissible public comment as it disrupts the conduct of the public meeting. This is a warning that if a member of the public attending this meeting remotely violates the Brown Act by failing to comply with these requirements of the Brown Act, then that speaker will be muted.
OLD BUSINESS:
A.Review a request for a 4-way stop controlled intersection at Santa Rita Street and Fourth Avenue. (Jill Meyer)
B.Review commercial vehicles that may be using Junipero Street, rather than the designated truck route along San Carlos Street, between Eighth and Thirteenth Avenues. (Carmel Cares)
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
A.Review a request for a "Children at Play" sign(s) on Monte Verde Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues (Carl Iverson)
B.Review a request for a 4-way Stop controlled intersection at Camino Real and Ninth Avenue (Steve Anderson)
C.Review a request for additional Stop signs along San Antonio Avenue, between Eighth and Thirteenth Avenues (Kent Littlehale)
D.Review a request for No Parking posts on the east and west side of San Antonio Avenue at Eleventh Avenue (Mike McCarverr)
E.Review a request for a No Parking post on Dolores Street 2 southeast of Vista Avenue (Alison Shelling)
F.Review a request for a No Parking post or Mirror at the northwest corner of Santa Fe Street and Mountain View Avenue (Brooke French)
G.Consideration of a gap in the fence along the Junipero Street median, between Ocean and Seventh Avenues (Public Works)
