| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND/SUMMARY: | | The leases between the City and Sunset Cultural Center, Inc. (SCC), require reports to the City Council on the operations and performance of the Sunset Center and Forest Theater. A comprehensive report is attached from SCC's Executive Director. |

| | | | | | | | | PRIOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION: | | This is the first report from SCC on Sunset Center and the Forest Theater since inception of the current lease agreements. Per the lease agreement for Sunset Center requiring semi-annual reports, SCC will return in January of 2019. |
