The City is currently in the process of updating Chapter 17.46 of the Carmel Municipal Code, which regulates the installation of wireless telecommunication facilities (cellular).  The workshop is only the first step along the way in the process, and intended to gather early feedback from the Planning Commission and the public.  Following this workshop, and based on feedback received from the community, the City will make necessary edits and then return to the Planning Commission for a recommendation to the City Council.  The City Council will then have at least two hearings to adopt the ordinance.  In other words, these are not final drafts.
