| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND/SUMMARY: | At its Annual Business Meeting, the League of California Cities membership considers and takes action on items that establish League policy. In order to participate in this process each City must designate a delegate and up to two alternate delegates by Council action to ensure the integrity of the voting process at the Annual Business Meeting. |
