Based upon Council direction provided during the April 7, 2020 meeting, staff have added a new section to the monthly staff report regarding the home mail delivery program. Listed below is a summary of the number of addresses receiving City-funded mail delivery services through the contract courier service.

Peninsula Messenger Service update:  The month of March had an increase of 11 residents who requested mail delivery service. The invoice submitted by Peninsula Messenger Service shows 158 residents received the service as of April 1, 2020. The increase is believed to be related to the Shelter In Place Order as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
