Staff is seeking input on making potential updates to the Planning Commission Rules of Procedure.


Recommendation:
Provide input to staff on potential updates to the Planning Commission Rules of Procedure.


Background and Project Description:
The Planning Commission Rules of Procedure is a City policy that outlines the responsibilities of the Planning and Commission and conduct at meeting.  This document is periodically reviewed and was last updated by the Planning Commission in January 2015. Staff is seeking input from the Planning Commission on potential updates to this document.
